Hailing from Calgary, Alberta, although born and raised in the
beautiful maritime province of New Brunswick, Chris LeBlanc was exposed
to music at a very early age. Using his smooth baritone voice with
influences from country, rock and blues, Chris paints an exciting
picture, inciting emotion in every song he sings and loves nothing more
than to entertain his fans.
Following the tragic loss of his father on stage during a show they
were playing, Chris returned to music with more desire and passion than
ever before. Moving to Nashville, Tennessee in January of 2007, Chris
immersed himself in the rich culture of songwriting and recorded his
debut CD “Too Much Nothin’ “.
Chris new exactly what he wanted for his debut CD and when he met Steve Lamm of CGR Nashville Studios he knew he found the perfect producer to co-produce his album. Using two songs from his own pen and pulling in songs from some of Nashville’s best hit writers, like Brett James (Jesus Take The Wheel) and Vince Melamed (Walk Away Joe) to name a few, Chris created his perfect album filled with a blend of songs from hard driving country to emotional ballads.
